The role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to build out, direct, and manage our B2B marketing function. You will be responsible for managing our brand and messaging, lead gen, outbound, inbound (website, SEO, PPC), content, events, emails, partnerships, advertising, PR, and ABM strategy, as well as mentoring and coaching the B2B Marketing Team.
What you'll do
  • Develop and implement a cohesive B2B marketing plan that incorporates effective B2B marketing strategies across brand and messaging, inbound and outbound channels, and partnerships
  • Oversee B2B marketing campaigns across content, emails, lead gen, events, digital marketing, and partnerships
  • Design and manage B2B marketing budget
  • Manage and mentor the B2B Marketing Team, providing guidance, coaching, and support where needed
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, B2C Marketing, Growth and Product Teams
  • Increase brand awareness and develop messaging
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders via creative PR campaigns and strategies
  • Develop strategies for leveraging and building on relationships with Partners and create our events plan
  • Create inbound and outbound email and social marketing strategies for both existing clients as well as prospects
  • Develop, build-out, and oversee our lead gen, inbound, outbound, and ABM marketing strategies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors
What you bring
  • 10+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role
  • A good feeling for brand and messaging
  • Experience marketing to $100K+ ACV deals
  • Experience scaling beyond $10m ARR
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering B2B marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
  • Data-driven and highly analytical
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with ABM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of demand gen tactics and lead gen conversion principles
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
